We had an amazing stay at Pillow Backpacker! the beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire hostel was clean and well-maintained. We loved the little curtains on the dorm beds, providing privacy and a cozy atmosphere. the hostel's location in the heart of the old quarter was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the manager, Kim, was exceptional and helped us book tours to Halong Bay and Phong Nha, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the lockers under the bed, electronic key card access, and the thoughtful amenities like bedside lights and plugs. great value for money and a highly recommended place to stay.
Nothing negative to say 😊.

Best location: the hostel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Old Quarter. It is just a short walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake, and there are plenty of great food spots nearby. Comfortable and clean beds: the beds at the hostel were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the hostel also provides towels , which was a nice touch. Privacy: Each bed is equipped with its own privacy curtain, giving you a sense of privacy even in a dormitory, style room. This was great for some much, needed alone time during my romantic escape.
Worst check, in experience: the staff at the front desk were not well, prepared during check, in. They assigned two guests to the same bed, causing confusion and inconvenience.

The beds at Pillow Backpacker Hostel were incredibly comfortable, with fluffy blankets and a good pillow. I also loved that each bunk had curtains, providing a little more privacy. the toilets were the cleanest I've encountered in Southeast Asia, and the breakfast options were decent, although some items were not available. the location of the hostel was great, situated in the old quarter but tucked away on a quieter alley. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel had a good wifi connection.
The male staff initially seemed unfriendly and didn't provide a map of the area. I had to request a pillow for my bunk bed, and it took until the next day for a towel to be provided.
